Our Return Window You have a period of 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will promptly send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization and a valid return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees Oryvanta LLC is pleased to cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why there are no restocking fees applied to any returned items.
Refund Process Upon receiving and thoroughly inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Exchanges For the quickest service in getting the item you desire, we recommend initiating a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
