1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Only Oryvanta LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations within the contiguous United States.

    • Cost: Free ($0)
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-6 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Carriers We primarily ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your items. The specific carrier for your order will depend on your location and the size/weight of your package.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses We can ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please be aware that shipping to these types of addresses may sometimes take longer than our standard estimated delivery times.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders Oryvanta LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been returned, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, excluding any original shipping fees incurred by Oryvanta LLC.
