All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking email once it ships.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we’ll notify you via email promptly.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.
You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
If you don’t receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we strive for timely and safe deliveries, Oryvanta is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply instead.
