At Oryvanta, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit, and we’re here to make returns and refunds simple, transparent, and hassle-free.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Oryvanta within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and documentation are intact

  • The product is not marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

  • The return request is made within the 30-day window


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at infooryvanta@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions (usually sent within 24–48 business hours).

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided in our email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email. If approved:

  • A full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be processed

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return your product and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at infooryvanta@gmail.com

  • Include clear photos of the damaged or wrong item

  • We will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Health and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments)


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your card provider or payment platform
